Don Toliver is an American rapper born Caleb Zackery Toliver in 1994. He was born in Houston, Texas, and grew up in the southwest Alief area of the city. He started releasing music formally in 2017 and released a collaborative effort with fellow rapper Yungjosh93 later that year called Playa Familia. In the summer of 2018, Toliver released “Holdin’ Steel” and a music video soon followed. In August his debut major-label project, Donny Womack dropped. It peaked at #68 on Billboard Hot 100 and also charted in Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom, among others.
