Swedish singer and songwriter Zara Maria Larsson was born in 1997 in Solna, Stockholm. Zara spent most of her young life harboring dreams of becoming a performer, and so at the age of 10 she auditioned for the Swedish reality competition series Talang. Zara ultimately won the competition and released a cover of “My Heart Will Go On” as her debut single.

 

After signing with TEN Music Group in 2012, Zara Larsson entered the studio to begin writing and recording a debut EP. The result was Introducing, featuring the single “Uncover,” which rose to the number one spot on the charts in Sweden and into the top five internationally.
